Brandon Fishman (CEO, Owner) - Brandon was born in Philadelphia, PA. He attended Emory University where he received his BBA in Finance. Brandon also attended the London School of Economics. While in College, Brandon started two internet companies in the technology field. He began working as a business analyst for Deloitte Consulting in Atlanta, GA upon graduating from Emory. Brandon spent time working on consulting projects for companies such as Coca Cola and The Home Depot.

Brandon became involved in real estate investing and moved to San Diego, CA where he attended The University of San Diego and earned his Masters in Real Estate. Brandon was inducted into the Alpha Gamma Sigma International Real Estate and Land Economics Honorary Society. Later, Brandon teamed up with Brent Gleeson to launch NewCondosOnline.com.

Brent Gleeson (President, Owner) - Brent was born in Dallas, TX and lived there throughout his undergraduate education. He attended Southern Methodist University earning a BBA in Finance. He also studied English and history at University College in Oxford, England. Upon graduating from Southern Methodist University he accepted a position with Trammell Crow Company as a financial analyst within a commercial real estate services group. After a year, he left Trammell Crow and joined the United States Navy to become a Navy SEAL. Brent completed training and was assigned to SEAL Team Five in Coronado, CA. He was involved in the planning and execution of many successful combat missions during deployments to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also completed numerous clandestine missions in Africa before separating from the Navy.

After Brent was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, he earned a masters degree in real estate from the University of San Diego. During the program, he was awarded the John Burnham Foundation Scholarship and he was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Gamma International Real Estate and Land Economics Honorary Society. Brent also worked for CB Richard Ellis in the office leasing division. NewCondosOnline.com was launched in June 2005 and his efforts have been in growing the company into a successful real estate resource for builders and homebuyers alike.

David Fingerhut (Vice President) - Emory University (BA 2002); Started an Apartment Locating service catering to college students (2002-2006); Worked directly for Gene Simmons, Allan Brown (Marketing guru. He created the Happy Meal for McDonald's) in LA (2005-2006).

Jon Thielen (Managing Director) - 10 years of professional sales experience. Jon Thielen also has ten years of award winning advertising sales experience with seven years business development experience. He's personally been an integral part of three National start-up online businesses. Jon Thielen has held titles from Director of Sales to Director of Business Development.

Kevin Schnitzler (Director of Sales) - University of Colorado class of (2002). BA. Econ, Comm.); Came to NewCondosOnline after working previously as a junior analyst at Hewitt Associates in Chicago, as well as a Sales Director at Marcus Evans, Int'l in San Diego. Recently completed a marketing certificate as well as coursework in Business Law at San Diego State Rohan Graduate School of Business (2006); Vice President of San Diego Chapter. Autism Speaks; Fund Raising Chair of San Diego Chapter. University of Colorado Alumni Association.

Kelly Powell (Accounting Director) - Kelly graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in MIS. She has 4 years experience working in Property Management industry, first for the Michelson Organization in Atlanta, GA, and then for Sares-Regis Group in San Diego, CA. Kelly joined NCO as the Accounting Director in November 2006.

Ryan Born (Financial Advisor) - Ryan Born is a CPA with experience in financial accounting, auditing and corporate income tax. His business experience stems from his past tenure in public accounting and his present endeavors as the Vice President of Finance and Financial Controller of a digital commerce company that operates a network of digital photography brands.

Ryan started his career as a Associate in the Atlanta office of a "Big Four" accounting firm's Assurance and Business Advisory Services Practice where he gained experience in an array of industries including Real Estate and Banking, Consumer Industrial Products and Services, as well as Non-Profit.After completing his audit training in Atlanta, Mr. Born transferred to New York City to broaden his accounting experience in the firm's Tax and Legal Services division where he specialized in Insurance. He later resigned from the firm to work at the digital commerce company, MediaVast Inc., where he presently serves as VP of Finance and Financial Controller. In April 2007, MediaVast was acquired by Getty Images (NYSE: GYI) for a record $202 million.

Mr. Born graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Marketing and Art history from Emory University in Atlanta. In addition, Mr. Born possesses a Masters of Accounting Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaig. He holds an active CPA license with the State Board of Accountancy of his home state, Tennessee.

Jeff Greco (VP of Finance) - Jeffrey was born in Philadelphia, PA. He attended Emory University where he received his BBA in Finance. Jeffrey also attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. While in College, Jeffrey became fully licensed as a Financial Advisor with Karr Barth Associates and AXA Financial by earning his Series 7, Series 66 and PA Life and Health Licenses. He was Recognized as a Top 5 A-Class Producer by helping his clients accumulate and protect their wealth. Jeffrey's desire to work with the best companies in their industries led him to gain experience in the finance, hospitality, beverage and apparel industries.

Jeffrey utilized his sales and management experience to help is family at Greco Apparel increase the client base by over 40% by targeting new business segments. He also enabled the company to improve gross margins by 7% while living in the Dominican Republic to help with the operations side of the business to meet the increased demands of the sales orders.

Joining the New Condos Online team in June of 2007, Jeffrey works with Jon Thielen in helping clients gain adequate financing as VP of Finance for NCO Capital.

Hillary Dorne (NCO/Americas Media Group) - Hillary Dorne is currently working in partnership with New Condos Online and Americas Media Group as an Executive Media Buyer. Born and raised in San Diego, Ca. she attended the University of California, Davis as well as the University of Granada in Spain graduating with a B.S. in Human Development. Hillary has over 5 years of national and international sales experience working in many parts of sales from Account Executive in Lima, Peru to National Sales Manager for an innovative new apparel company in San Diego, CA.

Leah Sadowski (NCO/Americas Media Group) - Leah Sadowski, an honors graduate from San Diego State University, has a five year extensive background in international marketing and advertising. She has conducted strategic marketing and advertising campaigns in numerous industries, including automotive, food/beverage, non-profit, professional services and high-tech. As an Executive Managing Director of Americas Media Group Worldwide west coast division, Leah specializes in media purchasing, negotiating, account acquisition and maintenance for luxury real estate developments internationally. A Minnesota native she has resided in San Diego for eight years and speaks Spanish.

Angel Jacobs (NCO/Americas Media Group) - Angel Jacobs joined the AMG West Coast team in February 2008 after having worked with in the mortgage industry for the past 6 years. As a Jr. Media Planner for AMG Worldwide, Angel currently assists Hillary Dorne and Leah Sadowski in negotiating and securing media at the best rates for her clients. Angel is a vital part of the AMG team and her hard work and dedication is valued by her team. Angel Jacobs is originally from Orange County, CA.

James Law (Sales Associate) - James Law grew up spending his time between San Diego, California and Aspen, Colorado. While living in Aspen and before attending the University of California, San Diego for his undergraduate degree he was fortunate enough to travel to 13 countries in Europe including: England, Ireland, Scotland, France, Spain, Switzerland, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Germany and the Vatican City. Settling back in San Diego and while attending college he learned to appreciate and understand the value of real estate and the various markets that supported the cycles that were contained in the industry. James began his consulting career while still in school, working within the mortgage industry and briefly as with a pharmaceutical agency before he got his start with New Condos Online. Amit Patel (3K Interactive - Project Manager) - Amit moved to San Diego 5 years ago to attend San Diego State University where he majored in Finance and minored in Chinese. Aside from helping out with the business development of 3K, his main responsibility is managing relationships with his clients and the 3K Team. He is fascinated by the rapidly emerging landscape of the internet and has been heavily involved in the Digital Services industry for the past 4 years. On a day to day basis he is always learning and growing in his knowledge of the digital world.

When he is not making sure his clients are happy and satisfied, he spends his time playing soccer, running marathons, doing yoga and pursuing a VERY amateur career in standup comedy. He also Started a non-profit production company that throws unique nightlife events to raise money for various charities. He has an infectious passion for people and the internet, which allows him to build strong, dynamic relationships with everyone he works with.

Steve Bayat (3K Interactive - Project Manager) - Steve is a Project Manager at 3K Interactive. Prior to joining 3k Interactive, Steve worked for Dell Inc. which is one the largest sellers of PCs and servers in the world. Steve has had extensive experience in website design and online internet marketing campaigns throughout his academic and professional career. Steve is currently working on his MBA at National University, and holds a BA degree from San Francisco State University in Psychology with a minor in International Relations.

Cecilia Harkins (3K Interactive - Sales Associate) - Cecilia recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelors in Business Administration and an emphasis in International Business and Supply Chain Management. Cecilia lived abroad in Florence Italy for eight years during her high school years where she grew her knowledge of the European cultures and their diversity. Cecilia is focusing on the hospitality, travel, and bridal industries here at 3K Interactive. She is excited to help these small businesses grow by growing their online presence. Cecilia also loves being involved in the local communities and meeting new people.

Myles Vives (3K Interactive - Project manager) - Myles Vives has over 6 years of corporate management and operations experience. He has lived and worked throughout the U.S., South America, and Southeast Asia, giving him a deep understanding of both Western and Eastern cultures and business practices. He is also a J.D. and M.B.A. candidate. At 3K Interactive, Myles primarily works with law firms, healthcare providers, venture capitalists, and startup businesses.

Brian Selden (Sales Associate) - Brian Selden is a world traveled San Diego Native with extensive experience in Real Estate and Marketing. While still in college, he developed a website created to be an educational forum for those seeking information regarding real estate transactions. With the mantra of “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest,” the site promoted that educated, responsible, and ethical transactions were the best ones when it comes to real estate investment. The platform contained news, financing information, and real time market updates and statistics. He continued as the Marketing Director of the site through college while studying International Business and Marketing. After college, Brian became more involved in different Real Estate ventures, and more specifically, with Real Estate Marketing.

Cathy Cannon (Sales Associate) - Cathy Cannon a San Diego native brings 18+ years Sales and Management experience to New Condos Online. Cathy attended the University of Utah focusing her studies on Liberal Education and Marketing. Prior to joining NCO she played key sales and management roles for real estate data companies like DataQuick Information Systems and Fidelity Information Services.

Monica Groover (3K Interactive - Management Training) - With over ten years of international and variegated experience in the field of project management, training, employee and competency development, off shoring and outsourcing, Monica Groover works as a senior consultant at 3kinteractive. She has a Bachelors Degree in /Teaching Technologies /and a Masters Degree in /Journalism and Communication. She currently lives in San Diego with her 2 year old toddler and husband who is a software engineer.

Ashley Pfohl (Accounts Receivable) - Ashley has spent the last year participating in an internship with NCO Capital. She now works as an Accounting coordinator for New Condos Online, Inc. and Americas Media Group. She was born and raised in Chadds Ford, PA. Ashley moved to San Diego, CA to attend San Diego State University, where she competed for four years on the varsity rowing team.
